NOTICE - CLAIMING CEASED - 22nd December, 2009

Due to circumstances beyond our control, and with regret, we will no longer process bank charge claims.

We are no longer accepting claims and have ceased pursing existing client claims.

Our decision has been made as a result of the recent High Court Decision made in favour of the banks and a statement by the Office of Fair Trade that they will not continue legal action against the banks.

Terms and Conditions for credit card and current account claims from this date forward are considered to be null and void. Clients may attempt to reclaim bank charges via consumer action groups, government agencies, direct from their banks, other claims management companies or any other methods.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank our customers for their understanding in this matter.

Customers who have claims with us may request the return of their bank statements by sending a written request and a stamped, self addressed envelope (value of postage may vary, contact us for an estimate).
